YES -- you need public performance rights:
- Video viewing is open to the public
- Video viewing is located in a public space where anyone can see
- Video is being shown to people outside of the class/club/organization
NO -- you do not need public performance rights:
- Private viewing in your own home with friends and family
- Viewing is part of the curriculum to enrolled students and is not open to the public
- The film is in the public domain
